Job Description

- You will be working closely with the TA team hiring managers to drive candidate attraction across Americas.
- Managing full cycle recruitment for entry and senior level positions within sales, recruitment, and other roles
- Maintaining an active and passive pools of experienced candidates via internal ATS, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- You will source, screen, and conduct interviews with candidates, recommending to hiring managers and coordinating hiring manager interviews.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of job management from processing candidate background checks, reference checking and assisting during onboarding.
- We offer base hourly rate of $45 with incentive bonus
- Hybrid/flexible schedule.

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialists (Internal Recruiter) to join our team and help drive high volume candidate engagement and submittals to our open roles.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong mix of ability, motivation, and a robust recruitment skill set. The ideal applicant will have a proven record of high volume permanent or contract placements, excellent candidate and client engagement and outstanding communication abilities. You should excel in stakeholder relationship management and foster an engaging team culture. Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities, with strong growth mindset.
With at least 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, the ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and accountable to delivering results.
