  Your new role

  People are at the heart of our business. With over 13,000 employees across 33 countries and 255 offices, the need has never been greater to ensure we are attracting and hiring the right people who can help drive Hays Americas forward. Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to supporting Hays to find and engage with the right talent to build our teams.

  We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialists (Internal Recruiter) to join our team and help drive high volume candidate engagement and submittals to our open roles.

  You will be responsible for

  • You will be working closely with the TA team hiring managers to drive candidate attraction across Americas.
  • Managing full cycle recruitment for entry and senior level positions within sales, recruitment, and other roles
  • Maintaining an active and passive pools of experienced candidates via internal ATS, job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • You will source, screen, and conduct interviews with candidates, recommending to hiring managers and coordinating hiring manager interviews.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of job management from processing candidate background checks, reference checking and assisting during onboarding.

  You will have

  We are looking for a candidate with a strong mix of ability, motivation, and a robust recruitment skill set. The ideal applicant will have a proven record of high volume permanent or contract placements, excellent candidate and client engagement and outstanding communication abilities. You should excel in stakeholder relationship management and foster an engaging team culture. Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities, with strong growth mindset.

  With at least 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, the ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and accountable to delivering results.
