Job Description

- Manage job requisitions in Workday, including posting, closing, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain and update MS Recruiting Teams Channel, PTO schedule, and TA Team Information spreadsheets, and trackers
- Support TA and HR meetings by gathering information, creating slides, and tracking data in PowerBI and other systems
- Track candidates, open positions, and event logistics, coordinating hiring events, career fairs, and virtual booths
- Schedule interviews, source candidates as needed, and maintain daily contact for pre-processing requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an efficient onboarding process, align recruitment marketing efforts, and create impactful job postings for attracting diverse candidates
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent graduate or current student in a four-year undergraduate program at an accredited institution, pursuing a degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Previous internship experience, supporting Recruiting or Human Resources team
- Experience with Workday and social media accounts such as LinkedIn

Job Summary
Are you passionate about connecting talent across borders and building global teams? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition/HR Intern to join our team to support the recruiting function. You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This position will require you to develop an understanding of all KBR’s recruiting processes for candidate management, government regulation compliance, company policy administration, and other related activities in support of recruiting. This is an exciting learning opportunity for someone with an interest in global human resources and talent acquisition!
This position is Hybrid and will require working out of our Houston, TX HQ as needed.
