      Job Description


      You are the bridge to all things possible! As a Talent & Culture Coordinator, you will ensure our stream of incoming team members feel welcomed and valued from the moment they join our team to their next opportunity by providing, warm, welcoming, professional experiences.

      • You will coordinate the end to end recruitments, onboarding and Learning and Development of the Hotel Teams across two properties.
      • You will also play an integral role in the administration, organization, and efficiency of the Talent & Culture office.
      • Your incredible attention to detail, thorough follow-through, and organizational skills will ensure a seamless experience for all internal and incoming employees.
      • Acting as an ambassador of our brand and role model for our company values, you will foster and promote positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
      • You will take ownership of WHS for our Hotels, ensuring we are creating a safe and compliant work space for our teams and guests alike.
      • Assisting in the coordination of colleague recognition events, social events, company perks, and acting as the T&C representative and/or Chair for Hotel Committees

      Qualifications


      You will be:

      • An engaging, approachable, optimistic and tenacious individual who can spark some excitement around the hospitality industry.
      • A passionate mentor to develop and inspire teams through strong, positive and persistent interpersonal skills.
      • A team player that strives under pressure and navigates through challenging situations with a calm and collected mindset.
      • Experienced in a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrative role for at least a year
      • Computer literate with confidence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
      • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Well versed with New Zealand Employment Legislation
