What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Liaise with corporate HR PMO stakeholders to design global HR project and portfolio management processes
- Equip stakeholders to utilize project management methodologies and tools for effective project management
- Collaborate with leaders to develop integrated project planning strategies for key HR initiatives
- Partner with offshore HR project managers to ensure high-quality project delivery and value
- Actively measure and report on project activities, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Project Management, or Management Consulting
- Subject Matter Expertise in Human Resources business processes and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for a global employee population
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite and project management tools like Smartsheet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree and/or PMP Certification
- Experience delivering management consulting/professional services on a global scale
- Demonstrated strengths in design and delivery of high-impact talent solutions
- Solid analytical and consultative skills for data-based decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight
