      Talent Acquisition & Strategy Associate Intern - Summer 2024

      What You’ll Do

      • Partner with business leaders to execute on strategic hiring plans to attract, engage, and retain the world’s best talent
      • Contribute to the creation and implementation of employee development and engagement initiatives
      • Use data to identify and assess organizational effectiveness and performance; apply insights to recruitment and talent development strategies
      • Analyze data and drive recommendations to improve business results
      • Join an environment of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continued learning where the status quo is questioned and ideas for improvement are championed and continually explored
      • Be empowered to take on significant responsibility from day one, with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and opportunity for personal and professional development and career growth

      What You’ll Need:

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Psychology, HR, or other relevant program with the expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2024 and August 2025
      • Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and drive business results
      • Ability to learn, make decisions, and draw conclusions in a fast-paced and changing environment
      • Integrity and respect for complete confidentiality
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Demonstrated leadership through campus involvement; former internship or work experience a plus
      • Experience in Excel a plus
      • Strong candidates will be curious, data-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about contributing to the growth of a diverse and collaborative employee population.       Wayfair Internship Program

      Our Summer Internship Program is a paid ten-week, full-time program in our Boston - Copley office for 10 weeks June-August. We have internship opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students. No matter who you are, we want Wayfair to be a place where you feel at home. We offer high impact-projects, mentorship, and community-building activities to all of our interns. Throughout the program, we provide interns with the opportunity to engage in social and community building activities including:

      • Social events
      • Skills-based training
      • Dialogue events with senior leaders to provide a holistic view of all functions at Wayfair
      • Coffee chat opportunities for interns to get to know one another
      • Volunteer opportunities
      • Alumni networking events
      • Intern-wide innovation project designed to teach interns skills for handling ambiguous business problems
      • Intern Appreciation Day
      • Events throughout Boston allowing interns to explore what the city has to offer including a scavenger hunt, Red Sox game, and Duck Boat Tours

      Wayfair's In-Office Expectations:

      An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:

      All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 1 day of the week.
