You will be perfect for this role if you’ve worked in talent management, booking or representation at a publisher, network, agency, or studio. You should be passionate about and knowledgeable of many aspects of culture - restaurants, film, music, sports, fashion - to name a few. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Booking & Partnerships, and ladder up to Andrew Steinthal, Co-Founder of The Infatuation and now head of the Talent Bookings & Partnerships team.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an office hybrid capacity and excited to travel frequently for business.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Assist in the coordination and execution of talent partnerships, bookings, and appearances, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
      • Provide administrative support for the talent partnerships leadership team, including calendar management, meeting planning, expenses, etc.
      • Support processes for talent outreach and intake and data tracking
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Experiential, Dining Strategy & Activation) in the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for talent partners. Work on-site at multiple events throughout the year.
      • Conduct market research to identify potential talent partnerships and stay updated on industry trends.
      • Maintain accurate records of talent agreements, contracts, and correspondence.
      • Draft decks, wrap reports, and other materials to support our talent efforts and outreach.

      Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

      • You have 1+ years of experience, which can include internships, within the entertainment space, ideally at a digital media publisher or network.
      • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
      • You have a passion for, and point of view on, many aspects of culture - from restaurants and film, to sports and music, and everything in between.
      • You are detail oriented, data informed, and someone who understands social metrics.
      • You are organized, a natural note taker, and someone who will do well in a role that requires a lot of documentation.
      • You are skilled at distilling information into nicely designed decks.
      • You are able to work on a multitude of projects simultaneously.

      Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

      • Bachelor's degree in media, communications, marketing, or similar field.
