      What We Look For

      We’re especially interested in professionals based in the UK with experience in:

      • EdTech or SaaS companies

      • School, MAT, or local authority leadership and operations

      • Digital safeguarding, wellbeing, or pastoral care

      • Customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Support, Implementation)

      • Consultative or strategic sales into the education sector

      • Software engineering, product development, or UX/UI

      • Training, instructional design, or education technology

      Who You Are

      • Mission-driven and eager to contribute to meaningful work in schools

      • Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely

      • Experienced in one or more of the functional areas listed above

      • Excited to join a small, agile UK team with direct access to leadership

      • Passionate about improving the student experience in today’s digital schools
