Job Description
U.S. Bank is looking for a Talent Consultant (Senior HRBP) to join the Enabling Functions Human Resources Team, supporting Information Security Risk and Technology Risk. In this role, you’ll provide human capital strategy to multiple executives – including the Chief Technology Risk Officer and Chief Info Security Officer. The person in this role is chartered to understand the unique business strategies of the highly regulated risk organization and translate that into an effective workforce strategy that enables the business. Formerly referred to as Senior Human Resources Business Partners, the Talent Consultant role has evolved to provide a greater focus on strategy while partnering with our centers of excellence to ensure a continuity in tactical support coverage. With the support of a robust system of centers of excellence (Recruiting, Talent and Culture, DEI, Learning and Development, People Analytics, Employee services and HR Strategy and Operations), Talent consultants can focus on large-scale talent challenges and opportunities.
Talent consultants partner closely with leaders on a wide variety of talent topics, including:
Location: Hybrid in posted locations. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $123,165.00 - $144,900.00 - $159,390.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
