Talent Development Specialist – Join Our Team!
MDH Network is looking for a passionate learning and development professional to design, deliver, and manage training programs. This includes new hire orientation, ongoing education, recertifications, and skill development. You'll collaborate with teams to ensure training aligns with our business goals and assess its effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning Management, Instructional Design, HR Development, or similar field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development (required)
• CPTD or APTD certification (preferred)

Salary: $69,000 – $80,000
