- Req#: JR1089333
- Be an expert in the resourcing, hiring and talent planning process and will be a coach and mentor to your business partners group enabling a high standard of recruitment process and facilitating brilliant talent moves and external hires;
- Lead and assist in talent projects including building our talent pipelining platform and the Australian Early Careers Programs
- Attract, engage, select and hire talent through leading robust recruitment requisitions;
- Uncover opportunities for improving the performance of the talent engagement function across process, reporting, systems and approach; and
- Support the Talent Lead on key attraction and engagement projects including the EVP and Employer Brand strategy.
- 1-3 years’ experience in an end-to-end recruitment environment, either agency or in house;
- Experience in managing high volume recruitment assignments, with a high degree of confidence in recruiting up to a mid-level hiring;
- Capability to multitask a high volume of assignment at once, while delivering a unique experience to external partners and delivering a high level of service to internal collaborators; and
- A demonstrated understanding of diversity and inclusion and how to bring this to life through recruitment methodology.

Our Talent Engagement Specialist is focused on partnering across our incredible organisation with hiring managers to uncover the best future leaders for our business. This role is available as a contract role available until July 2024.
