Provide ongoing executive coaching to senior leaders in support of progress on objectives outlined in development plans and broader enterprise talent needs.
Conduct Key Stakeholder Reviews (KSRs) and Stakeholder Feedback Summaries (SFSs) for senior leaders. Includes facilitating interviews, analyzing feedback in depth, and writing high-quality summary reports that are shared with senior leaders, their managers, and Talent/HR Executives.
Debrief stakeholder feedback reports and developmental personality assessments (e.g., Hogan) with senior leaders.
Work with senior leaders to co-create targeted, custom development plans based on feedback received, business goals, and career aspirations.
Partner with Global Talent Executives, HREs, and coachees’ managers to ensure alignment on development plan progress.
Provide updates on coaching engagement status/progress and talent insights to senior HR stakeholders.
Collaborate on developing and maturing the assessment and coaching methodology and provide assistance or feedback on the deliverables of colleagues.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in KSR and SFS report quality, coaching, development planning best practices, etc.
Support a collaborative, service oriented, learning and development culture among Executive Coaches.
Develop and implement internal and external senior leader executive development programs or offerings.
Participate on internal team initiatives to further the Executive Coaching and Development practice and the enhancement of coaching skills within Global HR.
Adhere to the program management expectations for the executive coaching practice (e.g., milestone tracking, records and data management, deliverables, etc.) and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
10+ years of Leadership Development, Talent Management or broad HR experience to include experience coaching, consulting, and/or advising senior leaders
Experience coaching senior leaders through demonstrating strong ethics, embodying a coaching mindset, establishing and maintaining agreements, cultivating trust and safety, maintaining presence, listening actively, evoking awareness, and facilitating client growth.
Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills (e.g., determining themes and patterns; turning disparate feedback into actionable insights)
Outstanding written, verbal communication and influence skills
Experience writing high quality feedback reports or other materials for senior executives
Strong detail orientation
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships within and across organizational boundaries
Experience interpreting and debriefing personality assessments and turning insights into actionable guidance (preferred to have certification in using Hogan assessments)
Experience writing detailed, specific and measurable development plans

Job Description:The Global Talent Executive Coach is part of the Executive Coaching and Development team within the Global Talent Center of Excellence and plays a critical role in developing senior leaders for current and future roles through personalized assessment, coaching, and learning experiences. This role provides 1:1 executive coaching based on co-created development plans, tracks progress toward development goals, and works closely with the leaders’ Global Talent/HR partners and manager to ensure holistic support.
Executive coaches conduct detailed and intensive “360” review processes such as Key Stakeholder Reviews (KSRs) and Stakeholder Feedback Summaries (SFSs) by interviewing stakeholders, analyzing data, and writing comprehensive reports. This role is also responsible for building and delivering developmental learning solutions and assets in support of senior leader development goals.
As a member of the broader Global Talent Center of Excellence team, this role will also collaborate with the Enterprise Executive Development Program (EEDP) programs, manager development efforts and other related integration points.
