What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth research to support Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement initiatives, including competitive intelligence gathering and market mapping
- Prepare clear and concise insights memos to inform hiring leaders of key market trends and talent availability
- Manage accurate data collection and entry to ensure the integrity of talent-related decision-making tools and databases
- Collaborate with the Executive Engagement team to refine search strategies based on research findings
- Stay updated on new research tools, methodologies, and best practices in executive search and talent research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or research role in executive search, HR, consulting, tech, or finance
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful approach
- A curious and open-minded attitude towards work and professional relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in talent acquisition or workforce planning
- Familiarity with executive search methodologies and tools
- Background in data analysis or market research
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
