- Partner in the design and execution of innovative, scalable learning solutions that enable a continuous learning culture for Samsung Ads Sellers, Engineers, Product Managers, and more
- Manage communication strategy to promote and highlight key training initiatives
- Work with partner teams to source, allocate and coordinate proper resources for training, ensuring the right people are being provided the right training opportunities
- Work across the people team to gather data and provide insights into our high performers, high potentials, the success of training programs, and communication initiatives
- Manage the tools, processes and people to coordinate the logistical details and run our key training programs like New Hire Orientation, New Manager Training, Executive Leadership Development, etc.
- Facilitate trainings as needed (in-person and virtually), including a regular new-hire orientation program, manager trainings, annual process and systems overviews on topics ranging from Goal Setting, Mid-Year, Year-End Performance Reviews, and more
- Support the business with change management consulting for organizational and cultural transformation where required
- Possess the ability to handle change and ambiguity as we continue to build and scale
- Focused on leader and team development, working independently with leaders and high priority teams to support them in being as effective as possible
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail along with exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills
- Must possess a high degree of sensitivity and operate with a sense of confidentiality
- Experience with annual talent management processes
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner with team members at all levels
- The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Talent, Learning & Communications related projects in a changing corporate environment
- Ability to make professional presentations and communicate complex matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experience
- Expertise in MS Office Suite required, especially Excel (pivot tables / VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint and Outlook
Position Summary
The Talent, Learning & Communications Professional is a hands-on role that involves collaborating with the Head of Talent & Learning, Internal Communications Lead, HRBPs and business leaders to design, execute and analyze Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications programs.
This role will act as a visible partner to the business, reporting into the Head of Talent & Learning on items related to: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, employee onboarding, manager training, and executive leadership development. Additionally, they will support our Internal Communications Lead on an as-needed basis, as other projects may arise in the course of day-to-day business.Role and Responsibilities

For candidates in New York, the salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,000 to $145,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role
