Job Description

- Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and empower a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, focusing on skill development, performance feedback, and individual growth.
- Strategic Partner Management: Oversee RPO partners to ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs, integrating their work as an extension of our in-house TA team.
- Consultant to Leaders & HR: Advise business leaders on workforce planning, recruitment trends, and market insights, tailoring TA solutions to meet business demands effectively.
- Process Improvement & Reporting: Use data insights to drive process optimization, maintain data integrity within our ATS (Success Factors), and deliver actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Direct Sourcing & Employer Branding: Define and implement direct sourcing strategies for a high ROI, balancing quality and cost efficiency. Collaborate with our Employer Brand team to promote Syensqo's brand across recruitment channels.
- Third-Party and Channel Optimization: Work with procurement and channel management teams to optimize sourcing partners and channels, ensuring partnerships deliver impactful results.
- Technology & Efficiency: Recommend technology solutions to streamline processes and collaborate with IT for ongoing improvements.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Leadership Excellence: Proven experience in managing, coaching, and building high-performance TA teams with a coaching mindset.
- RPO & Outsourcing Expertise: Strong experience managing outsourcing and RPO projects across complex matrix environments.
- Innovative Recruiter: Skilled in developing standardized, skills-based screening and behavioral interviewing approaches to support diverse and inclusive hiring.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ATS (Success Factors preferred), social media recruiting, and sourcing channel optimization.
- Strong Relationship Builder: Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of managing KPIs and achieving productivity targets in a high-paced environment.
- Quality: Source and Diversity ratios, Data Compliance.
- Experience: Candidate and Hiring Manager satisfaction ratings (NPS).
- Productivity: Annual hires, Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire.
- Business SLA Adherence: Timely kickoff meetings, weekly reporting, and consistent internal job posting.

About the Role: As Regional TA Lead you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple sites in North America. You will ensure that our high-performing Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) exceed expectations by delivering an exceptional candidate experience for active, passive, and future talent. As the main point of contact for escalations in recruitment activities, you will act as a trusted consultant to business leaders and HR partners, aligning resources to maximize productivity and meet regional goals.
You’ll succeed in this role by establishing strong relationships across our business, standing out as an expert in talent acquisition, and partnering with third-party providers to implement efficient hybrid solutions.
