- Administers new hire workflow processes and provides updates to parties involved
- Schedules candidate interviews and Learning & Development training sessions
- Coordinates job offer process by obtaining applicable details from all stakeholders in the recruitment process and updates the HR system
- Performs the new hire onboarding process, including but not limited to pre-employment testing, IT requests and other administrative tasks
- Schedules and performs new hire orientations in partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers
- Assists other Centers of Excellence in the HR Department with various projects
- New college graduates are encouraged to apply! Previous experience in events planning, internship experience, or student leadership roles in organizations preferred.
- Associate's degree in human resources management or related field. Along with 1 + year of experience in an office environment, experience in a Human Resources-related function is preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and monitor own work to ensure quality output.
- Inquisitive and intellectually curious approach to problem-solving.
- Strong administrative, written, and verbal skills.
- Sense of urgency to meet business needs and deadlines.

You will provide administrative support for Talent Management, including new hires’ onboarding process. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Centers of Excellence to administer pre-employment workflows as well as new hire workflows and deliver new hire orientations.
