      Purpose of your position

      The intern supports the Talent & Culture team to ensure its operations and projects are of high quality with timely delivery based on the resources available to the team. The operations and projects are of a diverse nature, including talent acquisition of potential recruits, and talent identification, evaluation, and development of existing employees. You will therefore have an excellent exposure to many facets of human resources.

      Your major responsibilities

      Data Analysis, Insight Generation and Reporting

      • Data searching and organization from multiple sources/systems for subsequent analysis
      • Quantitative (and some qualitative) analysis, structuring and reporting of data
      • Input into the development of insights based on analyses
      • Draft executive reporting and recommendations based on insights

      Project Management

      • supplier management and coordination, including meeting planning, preparation, support and follow-up
      • best practice research and initial recommendations
      • development and testing of systems and processes
      • system and process query management and trouble-shooting

      Communication & Coordination

      • project team communication and coordination
      • support the management of specialist interest networks and their communications
      • Assistance with coordinating and drafting responses to requests related to governance, compliance, etc.
      • development and updates of communication templates and processes

      Your qualities and competencies

      • Strong quantitative analysis skills
      • Capable of working across multiple projects simultaneously
      • Deadline-conscious
      • Forward-planning focused and organized
      • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory for this position (international exposure) with French being an advantage
      • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
      • Business School with HR as main subjects and ideally also with digital/technology subjects
