      Job Highlights:

      We are looking to fill this position with a candidate that resides in the Greater St. Louis area, as regularly scheduled in-person meetings are required at our corporate headquarters.

      Job Summary:

      Sources internal and external talent through innovative practice with a goal of stabilizing the workforce. Engages with candidates to discuss employment opportunities. Engages in continuous improvement focused on strategy to develop meaningful initiatives.

      Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Participates in the recruitment process, maintaining up-to-date documentation in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Client Relations Management (CRM) systems. Advocates for candidates with hiring leaders.
      • Ensures a high-quality candidate experience that aligns with strategic objectives. Designs and implements customized recruitment experiences.
      • Understands and supports recruitment goals and analytics to ensure targets are met. Aligns with organizational objectives and initiatives and effectively leverages cross-functional relationships to meet goals.
      • Utilizes resources including analytics and dashboards to support strategies focused on workforce stabilization. Builds talent pipelines by identifying gaps and contributes to solutions.
      • Collaborates with talent management, clinical education, and organizational leaders to develop workflows that enhance recruitment outcomes and support the organization’s commitment to excellence.
      • Researches best practices and workforce trends, evaluating current processes to ensure continuous growth and success of initiatives. Uses data to drive workforce-focused solutions.
      • Independently supports special projects and initiatives.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.


      EDUCATION

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience and education


      EXPERIENCE

      • Three years' relevant work experience

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

      • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
      • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
      • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
      • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
      • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
      • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
      • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
      • Rare climbing.
