- Leverage digital platforms and community partnerships to build a sustainable pipeline for critical roles, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
- Develop applicant source pipelines by exploring diverse channels, including community outreach agencies, educational institutions, employment agencies, social media platforms, and online resources.
- Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness through key metrics to ensure continuous improvement of outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Strategy Manager to provide insights on talent market trends and sourcing challenges, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure all outreach and sourcing strategies promote diversity and inclusivity, in alignment with MCCNO’s goals to build an inclusive and talented workforce.
- Enhance MCCNO’s brand presence through effective utilization of social media, recruitment marketing strategies, and participation in employer branding initiatives, including networking events and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to build a cohesive employer branding strategy across social media, industry events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and distribute branded recruitment materials, ensuring consistency with MCCNO's values and employer brand.
- Represent MCCNO at career fairs, conferences, and networking events, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including scheduling, managing promotional materials, and engaging displays tailored to attract candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure recruitment events are aligned with MCCNO’s talent acquisition goals.
- Work with department heads and managers to identify opportunities for structured work-based programs, ensuring clear role expectations and defined learning outcomes.
- Maintain recruitment goals, timelines, and benchmarks for the program’s sustainability.
- Develop and facilitate onboarding processes for participants to ensure they receive the necessary orientation and resources.
- Collaborate with external organizations, educational institutions, and industry groups to enhance program quality and relevance.
- Maintain and forecast program-related resource needs, ensuring they are factored into the overall budget planning process.
- Regularly evaluate and refine the program to align with industry best practices and evolving educational standards.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes including revisions to existing documents and programs.
- Support the Workforce Strategy Manager in compiling recruitment data and preparing reports for leadership or cross-functional meetings.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy:
Design and implement strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Outreach & Employer Branding:
Serve as primary liaison with external organizations, educational institutions, and industry associations, fostering relationships to enhance MCCNO’s talent pipeline.
Talent Event Planning & Coordination:
Plan and execute recruitment-focused events, including job fairs, career expos, and other networking opportunities aimed at identifying and engaging top talent.
Program Development & Implementation:
Develop and implement structured work-based programs to support MCCNO’s talent pipeline.
General Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as backup and support to the Recruiting Specialist in facilitating the recruitment, staffing, & onboarding process.
Other Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including sourcing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics to measure outreach effectiveness.
Experience utilizing social media analytics and digital recruitment strategies to support employer branding and candidate engagement.
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships to support recruitment efforts.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel and attend events as required, with strong presentation skills to represent the organization professionally at public events.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of objectives.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience
Required
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools and other recruitment technologies is preferred. Experience in the management of an ATS a plus.
Experience in talent outreach, sourcing, and employer branding within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish languages preferred.
