      Job Overview
      Design and enable talent development and employee experience solutions to accomplish business objectives through deep client knowledge, consultation and orchestration across Talent Development & Experience (TD&E) team & resources. Be a core leader in the account team model representing TD&E holistically. Liaise between the business, HR strategic advisors and TD&E teams ensuring alignment to enterprise approaches.

      Job Responsibilities:
    • Partner with TD&E Leads and HR Strategic Advisors to design talent recruitment and development strategy for the LoB that they are aligned to
    • Orchestrate, consult and partner with TD&E leaders and program owners to represent the LoB priorities and identify solutions, as well as provide insights on the LoB and feedback back to the program owners to support enterprise programming.
    • Work collaboratively across the Talent Partner team to develop consistent approaches to how the role supports each LoB; share insights across LoB's; provide education on TD&E programs, products and services.
    • Provide deep consultation on talent priorities through root cause analysis.
    • Connect solutions and facilitate understanding of dependencies through partnership across TD&E leaders and program owners.
    • Be a core leader in the account team model representing TD&E holistically; advocate & represent TD&E programs, products and services.
    • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
    • Work Experience:
    • 7-10 years HR Experience (Required)
    • 4-7 years Consulting experience (Preferred)
    • 2-4 years Managing enterprise programs (Required)
    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Strategic Thinking Ability to connect across different disciplines to support business goals (Required)
    • Root Cause Analysis Ability to determine the cause and effect to ensure the identification of the right talent solutions (Required)
    • Cross Functional Relationships Ability to bring people together to support a common goal (Required)
    • Executive Level Presentations Ability to present to and influence at all levels of leadership (Required)
    • Experience across multiple talent lanes (Required)
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing a large scale strategy (Required)
    • Strong interpersonal skills (Required)
    • Licenses and Certifications:

      • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States

      Washington Pay Range: $116,200.00 - $157,200.00

      • The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors , such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

      • At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
