What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, or marketing
- Ability to uphold professionalism and focus in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in engaging diverse talent from underserved communities
- Proficient in MS Office & Acrobat
