      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and training to the accounting staff while supporting the on-site Director of Finance
      - Prepare and monitor monthly financial statements and daily hotel revenues
      - Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and operational regulations
      - Supervise accounting department staff and assist in their hiring, training, and development
      - Analyze financial data to advise on maintaining the hotel's financial objectives and address variances

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting or related field, or a 4-year degree with 2 years of related experience
      - Experience as Assistant Director of Finance at a larger hotel with a decentralized accounting structure
      - Up to 90% travel required for this remote position
      - Proven experience in supervising three or more employees
      - Proficiency in Oracle and IBM TM1 software

      - A 2-year college degree with a minimum of 4 years of related progressive experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle workplace issues effectively
      - Exceptional communication skills for conveying information clearly to team members and guests
