- Keep the hotel running like a well-oiled machine—literally—by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Build smart budgets and partner on Capital projects that balance guest satisfaction with financial strategy.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols because protecting our people is non-negotiable.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory so your team can focus on solutions, not searching for tools.
- 5+ years of engineering experience – Because solving HVAC mysteries takes more than just duct tape.
- Leadership background – You’ve built high-performing teams and know how to coach with accountability.
- Capital planning savvy – You know when to repair, when to replace, and how to plan for both.
- Tech competence – Familiarity with CMMS systems, Microsoft Suite, and web-based tools helps you stay ahead.
- 100% travel availability – You’ll be on the move, 30 days on and 7 days off, providing face-to-face support to hotel teams across the country.

Atrium Hospitality LP 12735 Morris Road Ext Alpharetta, GA 30004 Full time Compensation Range : $115,000- $120,000Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.

This role is fully remote, with a rotation of 30 days on property followed by 7 days at home!
