      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare corporate tax returns and conduct research on tax issues
      - Manage engagement project management, including billing and quality control
      - Supervise and mentor lower-level associates, providing feedback on performance
      - Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and partners regarding project status and potential issues
      - Assist with non-tax work during the offseason, including financial statement compilations and audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-4 years of tax experience in public accounting with a focus on corporate returns
      - Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; Master’s in Tax preferred
      - Knowledge of accounting principles, including bookkeeping and journal entry preparation
      - CPA License preferred
      - Familiarity with CCH Access Prosystems is a plus
