What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and promote satisfaction, retention, and success.
- Monitor, analyze, resolve, report, and document inbound client requests.
- Communicate high-quality and timely updates to clients on service components and deliverables.
- Process and troubleshoot customer workflows using data transformation tools.
- Validate, configure, collect, and test inbound exemption certificates in major management solutions.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of related work experience in a professional environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tax technology or managed tax services.
- Familiarity with exemption certificate management solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
