      We are Hiring for Nexthink at Hyderabad.

      Professional experience

      • 10+ years of experience in IT, experience in a manufacturing or regulated industry is a plus.
      • 5+ years of experience working with Nexthink platform administration in an enterprise environment.
      • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
      • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell & Bash.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
      • Nexthink certifications.
      • Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
      • Good documentation skills
      • Strong willing to continuous learning and continuous improvement
      • Excellent automation skills


      Key tasks and responsibilities for regular operations

      Use Case Identification:

      • Collaboratively identify and prioritize potential use cases for Nexthink within the customer organization.
      • Analyze existing workflows and pain points to pinpoint opportunities for value realization.

      Value Realization Strategy:

      • Develop a comprehensive strategy to maximize the value derived from Nexthink implementation.
      • Define metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of Nexthink on key business objectives.

      Use Case Implementation:

      • Implement identified use cases within Nexthink to address specific business needs and requirements.
      • Customize Nexthink configurations and dashboards to align with use case objectives.

      Stakeholder Engagement:

      • Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure buy-in and alignment with Nexthink initiatives.
      • Provide regular updates on progress and demonstrate the value delivered through Nexthink.

      Training and Enablement:

      • Develop training programs and materials to educate users on Nexthink capabilities and best practices.
      • Empower users to leverage Nexthink effectively to achieve their goals and drive business outcomes.

      Continuous Improvement:

      • Establish processes for ongoing monitoring and optimization of Nexthink use cases.
      • Solicit feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and iterate on Nexthink implementations.
