      The Lee County Human Resources is seeking a dynamic Teaching and Development Specialist to lead innovative employee development programs that support a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging training initiatives that align with organizational goals and employee needs.

      • Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions and support the development of eLearning and blended learning modules.
      • Collaborate with departments to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
      • Analyze training feedback, performance data, and outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
      • Support talent development initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
      • Serve as a strategic partner to promote a culture of learning and development across the organization.
      • Education and Experience: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate's Degree or specialized courses/training equivalent to satisfactory completion of two years of college in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Education, Public Relations, Communications, or related field and two years in human resources or closely related experience.
      • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record is required.
      • Adult Learning & Instructional Design: Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
      • Training Delivery: Experience in creating and delivering training programs across various platforms.
      • eLearning & LMS Tools: Proficiency with eLearning tools, presentation software, and learning management systems (LMS).
      • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze feedback and training data to refine and improve content.
      • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
      • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

      The workdays and hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm, and as needed.
