      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach 12 credits per semester of graduate-level courses in the Counseling Program, primarily online
      - Advise graduate counseling students on academic and career direction
      - Facilitate online instruction and assess student performance
      - Collaborate with department faculty to develop effective teaching strategies
      - Supervise students at practicum and internship site placements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field
      - Experience providing direct services as a professional counselor or school counselor within the last three years
      - Licensed or license eligible as either a school counselor, professional counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in Wisconsin
      - At least one year of higher education teaching experience
      - Independent eligibility to work in the United States upon hire date

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least one year of graduate-level teaching experience within the last five years
      - University-level online synchronous and asynchronous teaching experience within the last five years
      - Commitment to continued professional development in best practices in teaching and learning
