      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and design curriculum and instructional material relevant to graduate-level counseling courses
      - Advise students on academic and career direction within counseling specialties
      - Facilitate online and/or laboratory instruction, assessing student performance
      - Supervise student employees involved in the development or delivery of instruction
      - Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance teaching strategies and course content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field
      - Experience providing direct services as a professional or school counselor within the last three years
      - Licensed or license-eligible as a school counselor, professional counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in Wisconsin
      - At least one year of higher education teaching experience
      - Eligibility to work in the United States upon hire date

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least one year of graduate-level teaching experience within the last five years
      - University-level online synchronous and asynchronous teaching experience within the last five years
      - Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development in teaching and learning best practices
