      About the Role
      Lendlease is searching for a Team Assistant to join our South Australian Team, assisting a within head office located in the CBD. As the Team Assistant you will be focused on reception, as well as supporting the administration and executive team.

      As the Team Assistant, you'll ensure our office runs like clockwork. This includes managing reception, coordinating meetings, overseeing supplies, and processing expenses, in addition to supporting the team with adhoc tasks.

      To be successful you will need:

      • Experience as Team Assistant, Receptionist or general Administration role with a good attention to detail that is able to work comfortably both independently and within a team environment.

      • Autonomous, organised individual, with the ability to take initiative, and able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders.

      • The ideal candidate will understand the need for high discretion and confidentiality and will be able to provide guidance to other support resources within the business

      • Strong computer literacy

      • Flexible approach and ability to prioritise
