Job Description

- Interpration of the internal/external meeting
- Support for office management task such as facilitate meetings and make travel arrangements for the team
- Translation of the Internal/External Training Materials (From English to Japanese)
- Translation of the Internal policy/guidance type of Materials (From English to Japanese)
- Operation of Salesforce automation system such as Leads upload and account creation including translation from Japanese to English
- Support for marketing activity logistics such as event registration and support for Webinar execution
- Have a meeting with APAC/US Marketing team members and Operation team member
- Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or similar role
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
- Time-management skills
- Excel with function and/or macro
- Equivalent or over TOEIC800.
- Word/PowerPoint
- Operation support for Salesforce automation system
- Experience with IT foreign (affiliated) companies.
- Experience with Marketing at IT companies.
- BSc in Translation, Interpreting or similar field
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a skilled Team Assistant who can also be a Japanese-English Translator to accurately interpret written and audio pieces in Japanese and English languages while preserving their original meaning, format, and tone.
As a Translator, your responsibilities will include carefully reading and comprehending the context of the given material, utilizing specialized dictionaries and translation tools, and meticulously proofreading the final translations. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail and fluency in Japanese and English languages.
Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality translated content that aligns with our internal requirements and enables us to effectively engage a broader audience.
