In April 2021 we have established the first regional HR Service Hub of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Vecsés. For this great opportunity, we are looking for our motivated and service-minded team members with a high customer-orientation.
Job Description
We are searching for a motivated Team Lead to join our Hub. In this role, you will be the contact point for all team members, acting proactively and continuously to ensure smooth operations for 4 countries and effective collaboration within the team with 15 colleagues.
Your tasks will be:
- Supervise, manage and motivate the associates of a specific area of responsibility on a daily basis.
- Coordinate operative tasks of annual salary review, bonus calculations, one time payments and reimbursements.
- Support in UK benefit coordination role for selecting and cooperation with vendors.
- Actively looking for new business opportunities in shared service framework.
- Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with an open communication culture.
- Plan and manage the workforce within the team, delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
- Set clear team goals and prioritize tasks according to key performance indicators.
- Discover training needs to support on the development of associates.
Qualifications
Which requirements are important to us?
- Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology or any Human Resources related specialization.
- Experience: You have 5 years of professional working experience in HR organizations, preferably HR Service, and 1-2 years in a leadership position. You also have deep working knowledge of HR processes (e.g. Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition etc.).
- Personality: You are an inspiring and communicative leader. You have interpersonal, collaborative, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Working practice: You have organizational and time-management skills. You have the ability to solve conflicts and make decisions in an analytical way. Good IT skills are beneficial.
- Languages: You have very good written and spoken English skills. Other foreign languages are a plus.
