As the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 Consultant Pay Analysts and playing a vital role in managing SI consultant payments, including pay for hours worked and expenses incurred.

      You'll collaborate with Finance controllers and function managers to streamline the collection, tracking, analysis, and verification of all input information and contracts required for consultant onboarding and payment processing. Your attention to detail and expertise will ensure accuracy and compliance with internal contracts and provincial and federal payment regulations.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Oversee time management processes, including receiving, batching, and uploading time into Great Plains, ensuring accurate processing and timely release for review by Controller, Finance Operations.
      • Ensure accurate and timely payment to Incorporated Consultants as per contract terms.
      • Prioritize stakeholder inquiries regarding consultant pay and onboarding through Click, assigning tasks within the team for prompt resolution.
      • Manage the expense inbox efficiently, overseeing expense entry and payment functions for timely responses.
      • Collaborate with Manager, Shared Services to onboard Incorporated Consultants with accurate payment information before contract commencement, ensuring seamless transition.

      Experience & Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
      • College diploma with 5+ years of experience in AP, payroll or areas related to accounting an asset
      • University degree or 3+ of experience in AP, payroll or areas related to accounting an asset
      • Strong Excel skills (eg./ able to run macros, pivot tables and other formulas.)
      • Experience with accounts payable, timesheet processing and vendor-managed systems such as Beeline, Fieldglass and Flextrack is preferable
      • Experience in a professional customer service environment valued
