- Lead a small team supporting Proposals, Consultant Databases, Corporate Biographies and sales related activities.
- Write Proposals as well as perform draft review, edits and establish quality check processes.
- Ensure responses and finalized Proposals along with allocated tasks are accurate and delivered according to established quality standards and deadlines; ensure consistency across database, documents and collateral.
- Perform people management responsibilities such as hiring, coaching, motivating, guiding, development, performance management for the team and intervening when necessary to complete task allocated to the team.
- Establish a culture that is responsive to the need of the business and ensure compliance with regulatory and business process requirements.
- Ensure overall compliance with relevant internal policies and regulatory requirements as they apply to the function of the team; make sure risks are identified and managed.
- Lead continuous process improvement practice and daily collaboration to ensure the team identifies and implements efficiencies related to data management, Proposal process, and quality checks with the regional heads of Client Intelligence.
- We are looking for a qualified professional who has significant experience in managing all aspects of proposal, content and team management within a global financial institution.
- You should be an intuitive sales support specialist with a track record of directly or indirectly executing winning Proposals for a global client base in multiple time zones.
- Previous work experience with client relationships is compulsory. You should have a proven ability to build strong partnerships and foster cooperative and collaborative working relationships. Finally, you are a person with a high emotional quotient that can manage sensitive issues, give credible advice and inspire confidence.
- Minimum 6-years’ experience within the asset management industry answering and editing institutional RFP's and 3 years minimum Team Lead experience.
- Master’s degree in business, finance, or marketing is required.
- Experience in Asset Management Institutional RFPs is preferred.
- Prior hand on experience on preparing Proposals, managing people and teams on a day-to-day mandatory.
- Hands on experience with Consultant Database and tools such as PMAPS, RocketDocs, Qvidian, Aladdin, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Strong process and technical knowledge of the financial markets.
- Proven experience in recruiting, building high performance teams with the ability to maintain a sense of humour and perspective under pressure.

Role Description
The Global Client Intelligence team under the Client Coverage Division offers sales support capabilities to fulfil our clients’ needs in Asset Management. With a global focus and cross asset specialization, the team delivers sales enablement support through Proposals (i.e., RFPs, RFIs, DDQs,), Consultants Database Services, Corporate Biographies and other such activities. The candidate will report directly to the Regional Head of Client Intelligence.
