      Job Title – Team Lead CCD

      Location - Pune, India

      Role Description

      The Team CCD India ensures offering of supporting activities within the Client Coverage division globally. With a global focus and across asset specialization, the team delivers sales enablement support through all CCD regions, Germany, EMEA-x, Americas and APAC. (e.g. RFPs, RFIs, DDQs). Marketing activities and support (e.g., maintenance of product content across a broad array of marketing vehicles to support sales and retention efforts for both the institutional and wholesale / retail distribution channels) as well as client coverage support and business management tasks.

      The Team Lead CCD India leads the team including all people management responsibilities to ensure highest quality when completing the tasks allocated to the team. Additionally, Candidate is responsible to continuously analyze and improve the processes to further extend the teams’ range of services. The candidate will report directly to the Global COO CCD.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Lead a team in Pune responsible for supporting the global Client Coverage Division to ensure highest quality for a broad range of services allocated to the team
      • Perform all people management responsibilities such as hiring, coaching, motivating, guiding, development, performance management for the team and intervening when necessary to complete tasks
      • Continuously analyze and improve the processes of non-client facing roles to extend the teams range of services
      • Driving continuous improvement by embracing technology and automating manual processes; upholding highest levels of compliance and controls processes
      • Establish a culture that is responsive to the need of the business and ensure compliance with regulatory and business process requirements
      • Establish quality check processes to ensure allocated tasks are accurate and delivered according to established quality standards and deadlines
      • Ensure overall compliance with relevant internal policies and regulatory requirements as they apply to the function of the team; make sure risks are identified and managed
      • Proactively identify and analyze stakeholders to understand their needs, interests, and influence, ensuring effective engagement strategies are developed and implemented

      Your skills and experience

      • Master’s degree in business, finance, or marketing is required
      • ~ 10 years of business experience or at least 5 years Asset Management experience is preferred
      • Prior experience in managing people and teams on a day-to-day is preferred
      • Strong process and technical knowledge of sales organizations for financial institutions
      • Experience improving processes (esp. of sales organizations) and driving organizational change; automation of manual processes
      • Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to lead complex projects; ability to turn ideas into actionable items; agility to stay on task in a dynamic and constantly changing environment; motivated with strong drive for business results
      • Proven experience in building high performance team with the ability to maintain a sense of humor and perspective under pressure.
      • Clear communicator able to operate at all levels in the organization and across cultural boundaries
      • Work well under pressure with ability to meet tight deadlines. Can easily coordinate and find the nexus between multiple teams with the ability to quickly prioritize
      • Team player, confident & comfortable to work in a high-paced, global, work environment.
