Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams for operational requests and project coordination.
- Develop and maintain tools to synchronize complex database structures for near real-time data sharing.
- Coordinate development, operational tasks, and project work with team members to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with management and other Team Leads to manage work assignments, priorities, and timelines.
- Design and build SSIS packages for data loading into client databases and manage data quality processes.
- Create and manage tools for identifying, reporting, and correcting data quality issues.
- Provide required data reporting to the Customer Success (CS) team using Office tools or SSRS.
- Support data migration and integration between client systems and the Assent Master Database.
- Analyze and cleanse incoming and existing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide data support to cross-functional teams including Sales & Marketing.
- Ensure adherence to corporate security policies and comply with Assent's processes and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- A University/College/Post-Graduate Certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in SQL and procedural SQL development.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Proven experience in operational leadership, including mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members.
- Experience with data migration/conversion, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data integrations.
- Proficiency in creating and managing reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Familiarity with various data formats such as XML, CSV, RDBMS, and applications (CRM, public databases).

Hybrid Work Model

Job Description
The Team Lead, Data Integrations, is a critical role within Assent’s Engineering department, responsible for leading a team that imports client data into the ACP system. This role ensures operational and technical oversight, providing leadership and guidance to team members while ensuring the smooth execution of complex data integration and migration projects.
