- Work remotely with occasional travel to observe and support the Camp Director team
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of Year Round and Seasonal Camp Directors, including recruitment, assessment, and onboarding
- Support Camp Directors in handling sensitive, emergency, behavioral, and medical issues
- Ensure Directors effectively manage customer contact and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee compliance processes to ensure adherence to company, city, and state policies
- Manage budgets, logistics, and inventory responsibilities for multiple camps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Meet ACA Director accreditation standards, including 25 years of age and camp supervisory experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience hiring and managing teams of 10 or more
- Past experience managing across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Financial/Budgetary functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a child care or education setting for at least one year coupled with supervisory experience
