      Team Lead I- Lake Zurich, IL, US

      The Bankruptcy Team Lead provides support to Phones/Set up/Invoicing teams representatives by monitoring and prioritizing workflow, handling escalated or complex issues, and serving as an expert on the services and procedures of the department. Requires coming in office 1 day per week.

      Responsibilities:

      • Drive and direct the performance of the Bankruptcy Phones/Set up/Invoicing teams
      • Provide individual coaching and training as needed, leading the Team by example
      • Ensure Team completion of work according to compliance guidelines
      • Provide input to Management regarding Team activities, issues and productivity
      • Resolve day-to-day employee and client issues
      • Communicate changes and or updates of company and department policies and procedures to the Team
      • Other duties and projects as assigned, aiding in other areas of the Mortgage Dispo department when needed

      Minimum Requirements:

      • High School diploma or equivalent, required, College degree preferred
      • 3+ years Mortgage, Foreclosure or Loan experience, Paralegal certificate/experience a plus
      • Solid PC skills: Proficient with MS Word and Excel, experience using Loan Servicing Systems
      • Leadership ability; able to delegate, motivate and direct a team
      • Proven effective time management skills; shown initiative to improve processes
      • Effective oral and written communication skills, able to interact in a positive and professional manner at all times with all levels
