      Job Description

      As the Team Lead Office Management and General Administration, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and appearance of our Düsseldorf office. This role extends beyond traditional office management to focus on creating a welcoming environment for visitors, candidates, and employees.

      We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in office management, the hotel industry or the management of co-working spaces as this position is the melting pot for highly professional processes, a warm hearted & welcoming atmosphere and creative solutions of new ways of working - all contributing to enhancing the overall experience for all stakeholders.

      Together we design and ensure a hospitality driven workplace.

      Main responsibilities:

      • Lead and develop the Office Management Team and further develop a first-class hospitality team
      • Manage the reception area and ensure professional processes; i.e. post, telephone, access cards
      • Drive initiatives related to Future Ways of Work and other projects
      • Collaborate with other regional offices to implement best practices and maintain consistency in office management.

      This includes:

      • Ensure the maintenance of facilities, including sanitation facilities
      • Manage the company fleet in Germany
      • Supervise building, cleaning and parking management
      • Manage company apartments and act as a liaison with the apartment house and relocation services

      Qualifications

      • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the coworking space or hotel industry
      • Strong organizational and people management skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
      • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment
      • Fluency in both German and English language
