- Coordinate a team of workers together with Site Manager
- Monitor and supervise the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that all processes are executed according to company protocols and procedures.
- Ensure production targets are met, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate the team of operators, providing technical and operational support as needed to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Manage and optimize the plant's control systems (SCADA, PLC, etc.) to ensure operational parameters are within desired ranges and promptly address any detected anomalies.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations, continuously monitoring safety and quality standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on plant performance and suggest improvements or modifications to operational processes as necessary.
- Liaise with management and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on the plant's status and production processes.
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years previous experience in operational supervision or plant management roles, ideally in automated or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS).
- Ability to manage operational teams and interface with various internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational emergencies effectively.
- Understanding of safety and quality regulations applicable to the industrial sector.
- Leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Strong technical expertise in plant operation and process optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of control systems and automation technologies.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in dynamic and complex environments.
