      Job Description:

      Working Production Team Lead position. Candidate is required to be skilled in Fabrication/Welding or CNC/Manual Machining.

      Leads the day-to-day workflow of subordinate production workers across all fabrication shops.

      Completes daily production plan and maximizes productivity, monitors progress, resolving problems and reporting results of production flow or any issues to the first shift supervision.

      Maintains quality service by enforcing production standards.

      Analyzing operational methods/processes and recommending positive changes to methods and procedures.

      Maintains safe and clean work environment by maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

      Participates in special projects as required.

      Responsible for facility oversight during second shift operations and securing of the facility after shift completion.


      WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
      ● Education: High School Diploma/GED
      ● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
      ● Required Technical Skills: Ability to lead the activities of a group of production workers. Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices involved in production work.

      The likely hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 - $36.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
