- Lead the Record to Report (R2R) team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the general ledger accounting process ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex accounting issues and transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve R2R processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any financial reporting issues.
- Contribute to the overall success of the finance department by achieving key performance indicators.
- Possess a strong technical background in Finance-Record to Report (GL).
- Have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting and Record to Report-Accounting.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Finance-Record to Report and a good understanding of Finance & Accounting and Record to Report-Accounting.
