  Description

  Qualified applicants will have :

  • A BS/BA degree.
  • Experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or analytics.
  • Experience in relational databases; Oracle & Snowflake preferred. Have experience writing, reading, and interpreting SQL queries.
  • Leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to coach up, down, and across.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools; Tableau and/or PowerBI preferred.
  • Experience as a change agent, embracing new technologies and driving the adoption of the latest design methodologies.
  • An understanding of an analytics platform, its use cases, and best practices.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.

  Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $109,200 to $136,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

  This is what you will be doing as a member of our IT Analytics Delivery Team:

  • Be an equal member of a cohesive and selfless team.
  • Work in an agile team - plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions.
  • Coach and assist in the performance review process for team members.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the Analytics Delivery team, ensuring a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Mobilize teams across the business and IT to continue to innovate and leverage data.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, Product Managers/Owners, and stakeholders to understand organizational goals and assist in defining the Analytics roadmap.
  • Partner with the team to ensure Data Engineering solutions are highly available, performant, and reliable.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the Analytics Delivery domain, exploring new technologies, patterns, and solutions.
  • Manage escalations and shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate with other IT leaders on cross-team and departmental opportunities.
  • Assist in the monitoring, measuring, and promotion of the success of analytics and its value to the organization.
  • Balance the delivery of data sources that solve today’s problems vs. those that scale for the future.
  • Lead efforts to define a strategy for self-service business intelligence with an emphasis on data-driven decisions.
  • Have functional Domain experience. Possessing expertise in functional domains, particularly in the Quote to Cash processes, and/or experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle EBS.
