- Manage and process customer orders using ERP systems such as JD Edwards and Salesforce.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for spare parts inquiries.
- Coordinate pricing with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy in quotations and orders.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational support to the spare parts team.
- Set performance objectives, assess competencies, and identify development opportunities.
- Manage HR responsibilities for direct reports including salaries, bonuses, and succession planning.
- Define and implement training goals to support professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Identify and drive process improvements to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct GAP analyses to evaluate existing tools and processes, recommending future solutions.
- Ensure all operations comply with internal standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to resolve customer queries and deliver solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the Spare Parts team and other departments to facilitate information flow.
- Generate operational reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Promote standardized use of tools and systems to enhance team efficiency.
- Provide technical input for software and ERP development initiatives.
- Support the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements across spare parts operations.
- Proven experience in spare parts management and operations, preferably in a technical or service environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
