      As our Team Lead, Support Services, you will help ­­ provide the department with the necessary tools, leadership and guidance to reach the expectations for department. Every day you will, communicate with clients and all levels of management, have a full understanding of insurance follow-up and well developed inter-personal skills. To thrive in this role you must, have a working knowledge of billing, excellent communication and ensure strong client engagement.

      Here’s what you will experience working as a Team Lead, Support Services:

      • Ensure team production exceeds department standards and monitor for accuracy and timeliness.
      • Motivate employees to enhance production and establish performance measures.
      • Communicate objectives effectively and provide written and verbal feedback as needed.
      • Address questions, complaints, and concerns, and report any issues affecting team or project operations.
      • Possess knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s, HCPCS, DRGs, and authorizations/referrals.

      Required Skills:

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • 1 year of experience
      For this US-based position, the base pay range is $17.39 - $25.51 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
