Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available .
- Provides the necessary guidance and interpretation to Schedulers to ensure the scheduling and recordkeeping requirements of the FOTM, AQPM, applicable FARs, and Pilot and Instructor contracts are appropriately met.
- Provides formal initial and recurrent training to Schedulers regarding their duties, applicable regulations, use of the scheduling and recordkeeping software, and Company training requirements.
- Communicates regularly to Senior Leadership to provide overview of existing project timelines and assists Leaders to submit justification proposals for on-going or future projects
- Produces and maintains written documentation that provides the necessary guidance to allow Schedulers to perform their required job tasks without direct supervision
- Develops and maintains timely and accurate methods and procedures for the processing of all training recordkeeping and applicable billing
- Oversees the training schedules for the Pilots, Flight Instructors, and Check Pilots for all training/checking activities.
- Provides on-going feedback and coaching to Schedulers to continue their development and completes their evaluations
- Responsible for developing, administering, and scoring any Scheduler tests
- Completes special projects/assignments and produces detailed timely reports related to Department initiatives
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
- Skilled in relating information and feedback to others
- Skilled in applicable Scheduling methods to ensure quality schedules, including low cost solutions
- Skilled in communicating both verbally and and in writing
- Ability to effectively plan and complete Company deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Ability to comprehend and keep abreast of information pertinent to the job such as regulatory or contractual changes and new systems or procedures
- Ability to read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand new concepts, and prepare written documents that convey information or guidance to others in an understandable manner
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Ability to accomplish accurate work under tight time constraints while maintaining a high degree of flexibility
- Ability to use various PC applications Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with constant interruptions
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
- Scheduling duties, FAR training requirements, and Pilot/Instructor contract rules
- Customer Service
- Previous experience with Flight Operations Training or Crew Operations scheduling operations
- N/A
- Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Must be able to remain in the stationary seated position for over 50% of the time
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime
- Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
- Ability to work extended hours as needed

Competitive market salary from $84,350.00 per year to $93,700.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
