Job Description

- You are the contact person for the Polish specialists and provide them with decision-making support for complex problem; if required, you are also involved in operational activities in customer care
- Recognize the defined workflows and support the Team Leads in securing and optimizing them as necessary
- Create a strong flow of communication between the Team Lead and the rest of the Polish Team
- You are a key contact person for the Polish market and support your Team Lead with solving customer escalations
- Collaborate with Team Training in the onboarding of new team members
- Excellent knowledge of the Polish and English language, in written and speech
- Commitment to a solution oriented handling to achieve customer satisfaction
- Experienced in an KPI driven environment
- Confident, friendly and independent, you are able to take feedback and adapt to changes
- Ability to work across multiple teams internally and externally to align goals and processes

You are the right hand of the Team Lead for Poland and the Eastern Expansion markets, supporting in administrative tasks and operational management tasks which occur in the daily business.
