- Steering of external vendors
- You have a degree in Laws, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
- You have experience in customer services
- You have experience of several years in leading a team
- Your English is proficient & we expect native French

As the Competence Center for the Retail Collections activities of major Mercedes-Benz Financial Services markets throughout Europe, our diverse and international team is responsible for loss mitigation through the negotiation with customers to reach a payment arrangement. If payment arrangements are not possible, the department is responsible for taking appropriate actions that reduce the potential credit loss for Mercedes-Benz Mobility.
