What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend solutions in partnership with Digital Services
- Conduct systems analysis focusing on technical process models and use cases
- Provide testing support and analysis for resolution of issues
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a business systems analyst or in a related role
- Practical experience with MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or relational databases
- Ability to apply statistical and research methods to systems issues and analyze complex data
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in technical writing and communication
- Familiarity with SDLC and flowchart preparation
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a project team member role for projects of moderate complexity
