What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and present complex technical concepts simply to non-technical team members
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions in partnership with Digital Services
- Conduct systems analysis focusing on technical process models and use cases
- Provide testing support and analysis for resolution of issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
- Practical experience using MS Access, SQL, or Salesforce, and knowledge of relational databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cost-benefit analysis and system process flows
- Familiarity with SDLC and technical writing
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
