  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Build trust and maintain relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service
  - Conduct preventative maintenance and provide onsite and remote support for sanitation systems
  - Transport and deliver equipment to customer sites as needed
  - Train customer staff on operational procedures and product usage
  - Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer product plans and drive revenue growth
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or equivalent is desired
  - Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication is required
  - Experience and understanding of dairy operations are helpful
  - Computer skills including Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of computer-based software
  - Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record; CDL preferred or must be able to obtain
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with power tools and volt meters
  - Ability to read electrical diagrams and set up computer programs
  - Strong customer service skills and sense of urgency
  - Previous experience in emergency service roles or similar positions
